When I process NEFs directly in Lightroom, I can freely select any lens profile I want from Lightroom's database. Here, this process is called manual correction. Lightroom has no trouble applying corrections straight away to the 24-70 G and the 14-24 G.
My main camera is the Nikon D750, and I use a variety of Nikkor lenses, all of them of the G variety. However, Lightroom's Lens Corrections module doesn't seem to play too well with files from RPP (I have "copy tags" turned on in RPP).
